You may use DitaBooking to request, schedule, or manage service appointments. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and used only for booking and communication purposes.

2. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number while booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages, such as:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Reminders

  • Service updates or changes

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform or provide false information. You are responsible for confirming appointment details and communicating any schedule changes in a timely manner.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep our platform available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or improve the platform at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery) to process communications. These providers are required to protect your information and cannot use it for their own marketing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Data Dita is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or delays/cancellations caused by technical errors or outside factors.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
